Nebraska softball clinched its first-ever outright Big Ten regular-season title by sweeping Penn State in a doubleheader (5-1, 10-4), improving to 42-6 overall and 22-1 in the conference and earning the No. 1 seed for the Big Ten Tournament in College Park, Md. Pitcher Jordy Frahm logged a complete game in game 1 and closed game 2, totaling nine innings with five hits allowed, one run, and 10 strikeouts, while seniors Camenzind, Hoffmann and Farrell supplied key hits to fuel the offense.
