Ravens land Crosby, but rebuild hurdles loom
Baltimore shocked the league by trading two first-round picks to acquire Maxx Crosby, then watched a wave of free-agent departures chip away at key pillars—Linderbaum to the Raiders, Likely, Stout, Kolar, Washington, and Gilman among others—leaving a thinner roster and major questions across the offensive line, running back depth, receiver corps, and defense. With cap challenges and no first-round pick next year, GM Eric DeCosta faces a steep rebuild and must balance urgency with long-term sustainability as he pursues further major additions.
