Surf Vloggers Aid NASA in Confirming Water on Mars
NASA scientists are unsure whether the presence of a surf vlogger on Mars provides evidence of flowing water on the planet. While the appearance of the vlogger could indicate the presence of water, it is equally likely that he was simply making filler video content. NASA requested footage from the vlogger's GoPro, but it proved inconclusive. Analyzing footage from other surf vloggers also failed to provide any correlation between their videos and the presence of waves or water. NASA will continue working with the vlogger to see if usable footage can be obtained, but it may be limited due to the nature of the vlogger's content.
