Henry Ruggs to Plead Guilty in Fatal DUI Case, NFL World Reacts.

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs is set to plead guilty to one count of felony DUI causing death and one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in connection with a November 2021 crash that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog.
