Windows 11 gains customizable context menus with a Windows 10-style vertical layout option
Windows 11 is getting a more configurable context menu. In upcoming preview builds, a new Customize option lets you open Settings to pick which actions appear, adjust layout by placing primary actions vertically (Windows 10 style) or horizontally, and group certain actions (like cloud storage) in their own sections. The legacy context menu remains available but not as the default, and Microsoft plans to officially announce the changes soon.
