Budanov Warns of Escalating Deep Strikes as Ukraine Rejects Russian Ultimatum
Ukraine’s Presidential Office Chief Kyrylo Budanov warned that Moscow will face deeper and more powerful strikes if the war continues, following record-range drone attacks on Russian Arctic gas facilities. While Kyiv emphasizes these strikes as coercive tools rather than sole determinants of victory, it maintains that peace requires security guarantees and no recognition of Russian occupation. Negotiations with the US and Russia remain stalled, with Moscow claiming shared political will despite recent attacks on Kyiv.
