Dartmouth researchers find that the common blood pressure drug telmisartan can markedly enhance the cancer drug olaparib, boosting DNA damage and immune signaling to potentially extend PARP inhibitor benefits to more patients, with two clinical trials already launched in prostate and ovarian cancer.
