Mysterious Low-Flying NASA Plane Intrigues Central Valley Residents

NASA's low-flying DC-8 aircraft is conducting research flights in California's Central Valley as part of NOAA's AEROMMA project. Equipped with 30 instruments, the plane will measure air quality, air chemistry, and weather conditions.
