"Michigan Braces for Multiple Rounds of Wintry Weather and Snowfall"
TL;DR
The National Weather Service has redefined the Winter Storm Watch, upgrading some areas to a Winter Storm Warning and downgrading a large area to a Winter Weather Advisory as a storm approaches Michigan. The northern part of Lower Michigan and the Upper Peninsula are expected to receive over 8 inches of snow, while the southern half can expect a burst of 2 to 4 inches followed by a warm-up and rain. The storm is progressing as anticipated, and preparations for potentially hazardous road conditions are advised.
