North Texas Hit by Severe Weather with Hail, Power Outages, and Flooding

Severe thunderstorms with damaging hail and wind gusts are ongoing in western Texas Panhandle, Big Country, and eastern Concho Valley, and near the D/FW Metroplex in North Texas. The tornado threat is low, but a brief tornado can't be ruled out. The storms will continue for the next few hours before gradually diminishing in coverage and intensity during the mid to late evening hours.
