Stormy Weather Continues to Plague Central Florida

Central Florida is experiencing another day of storms with rain chances remaining high at 70% through Friday afternoon. Marion County is under a flood watch until 8 p.m. Strong storms with lightning, strong winds up to 60 mph, and localized flooding are expected after 2 p.m. Rain chances remain high through the weekend at 60%. Tropical Storm Bret will not impact Puerto Rico or Hispaniola, while Tropical Storm Cindy will die out in the open Atlantic. Hurricane season runs through November.
