Texas Heatwave: Record-Breaking Temperatures Sweep Across Dallas and Houston
TL;DR
A warm spell is bringing unseasonably high temperatures to the southern and central United States, with Dallas potentially hitting 95 degrees, threatening hundreds of records. This winter's warmth is attributed to human-caused climate change and the powerful El Niño climate pattern. While a brief cold blast is expected midweek, another surge of unseasonably warm air is forecast to spread over the nation at the beginning of March.
