Tropical Storm Looms off Southern California Coast, National Weather Service on Alert

The National Weather Service is monitoring the development of Tropical Storm Eugene off the Southern California coast. The storm is expected to weaken but will bring precipitation to the region between Tuesday and Thursday, with the highest chances on Wednesday. Eugene is currently located several hundred miles off the coast of Cabo San Lucas in Mexico and is forecasted to travel northwest along the Baja California Peninsula before turning back towards land.
