A winter storm continues to bring snow and freezing rain to northern Minnesota on Wednesday, with gusty winds of up to 50 mph. The storm has already brought up to a foot of snow in some areas, and additional snowfall and ice accumulation are expected. Temperatures will remain below normal on Thursday before warming up significantly over the weekend, with the Twin Cities potentially reaching 60 degrees and even 70s next week.
