Stunning Perseid Meteor Shower Lights Up Elkhart's Night Sky

Elkhart County Parks in Indiana is hosting a free Perseids Party on August 11, where viewers can stargaze and witness the brilliant Perseids meteor shower, which features over 70 meteors an hour. Interpretive naturalists will provide guidance on using telescopes, spotting constellations, and finding the best spots to observe the falling stars. The event is open to all ages and no reservations are required.
