"First Arab Astronaut Sultan Al-Neyadi Set to Return Home from Long-Term Space Mission"
TL;DR
Two Russian cosmonauts and an American astronaut have been stranded on the International Space Station for almost a year due to a damaged spacecraft. The astronauts are now preparing to return to Earth with the help of a rescue craft, Soyuz MS-23, which is scheduled to depart from the ISS on September 27. This extended stay in space will set a record for the longest time in space for an American astronaut and Russian cosmonaut.
