"Space-bound Astronaut Celebrates Hanukkah with Felt Menorah"

NASA astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli, the second Iranian-American to reach space, plans to celebrate Hanukkah aboard the International Space Station (ISS) by conducting the traditional lighting of the menorah using a felt version. Due to restrictions against using fire on the spacecraft, Moghbeli and her family created a felt menorah with lights for each night, which she will pin on to celebrate with them.
