The Problem with Using Drinking Straws in Space.

You cannot drink liquids through a straw in space because the vacuum of space has extremely low pressure, which exerts no force on the liquid to push it up the straw. The pressure around you would be so low that the boiling point of the fluids inside your body decreases to below that of your body temperature, and gas bubbles will begin to form inside you.
