Unexpected Achievement: Record-Breaking Feat Beyond Earth's Bounds

NASA's Parker Solar Probe has become the fastest human-made object, reaching a speed of 635,266 kilometers per hour as it approached the Sun at a distance of 7.26 million kilometers, closer than any other spacecraft before. The probe, launched in 2018, aims to study the Sun's corona and recently became the first spacecraft to pass through a coronal mass ejection (CME). By analyzing images captured during this event, scientists hope to gain a better understanding of the Sun's behavior and improve predictions of solar storms that impact Earth.
