Hamas Violates Ceasefire, Targeting Israeli Troops with Explosives

Israel's military has accused Hamas of violating the current cease-fire agreement after explosions and gunfire targeted IDF troops in the northern Gaza Strip. The IDF reported that three explosive devices were detonated near troops in two different locations, with terrorists also opening fire. While Hamas claims to remain committed to the cease-fire, both parties accuse each other of instigating the fire-fight. Israel has secured the release of at least 69 hostages since the cease-fire began, but has made it clear that the pause is temporary and the war will continue until all hostages are returned and Hamas is eliminated.
