Israeli Airstrikes Injure Syrian Soldier near Damascus

Israeli fighter jets reportedly carried out airstrikes on targets in Damascus, Syria, causing "material damage" and injuring one soldier, according to Syria's state-run media. The strikes were allegedly launched from the Golan Heights, and while Syria claims to have engaged Israeli missiles with air defenses, analysts doubt the effectiveness of these claims.
