North Korea Launches Unidentified Ballistic Missile, South Korea Reports

North Korea has fired two short-range ballistic missiles off its east coast while leader Kim Jong Un is in Russia for talks with President Vladimir Putin. The missiles fell in the sea outside Japan's exclusive economic zone. This comes amid reports that Kim will discuss selling arms to Moscow during his visit.
