Putin Threatens West with Nuclear and Missile Retaliation Over Ukraine
TL;DR
Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a new warning about the potential use of nuclear weapons amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, stating that the West should not dismiss the possibility lightly. He emphasized that Russia's nuclear doctrine allows for such measures if the state's sovereignty and territorial integrity are threatened. Putin also criticized the U.S. and its allies for suggesting that Russia plans to expand the war to NATO nations, calling such notions "complete nonsense."
