"U.S. Intelligence Asserts Hamas Operated Command Center in Gaza's Al Shifa Hospital"
TL;DR
US intelligence agencies have corroborated Israeli claims that Hamas used Shifa Hospital in Gaza as a command center, for storing weapons, and for holding hostages. Despite skepticism from critics and concerns from health organizations, the US government's confidence in the assessment is based on independent information from both American and Israeli sources. The IDF has provided video evidence of terror tunnels under the hospital and has arrested the hospital's director for his alleged involvement in terrorist activities.
