Jersey Mike's has overtaken Chick-fil-A as the top-rated quick-service restaurant in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's 2026 Restaurant and Food Delivery Study, scoring 84 to Chick-fil-A's 83; Jersey Mike's was praised for freshness, variety and value and benefited from opening 238 new locations in 2025, while Chick-fil-A remains the leader in the chicken category.
