Apple Debuts Apple Business, a Unified Platform for Devices, Apps, and Customer Engagement

Apple today announced Apple Business, a unified platform that combines device management (MDM), work tools, and customer engagement across Apple’s ecosystem. It enables zero-touch device deployment, cryptographic separation of personal and work data, and automated provisioning with Google Workspace and Entra ID, while consolidating branding and analytics for Maps, Mail, Wallet, and other services. Launching April 14 in 200+ regions as a free upgrade from legacy business tools (with some features region-limited) and optional paid add-ons, Apple Business will replace Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Business Connect, with data migrated automatically.
