J.D. Power 2026: MSP, Tampa, and Charleston Lead as Airport Satisfaction Hits New Highs
J.D. Power’s 2026 North America Airport Satisfaction Study shows rising passenger approval across all size categories, driven by recent billion-dollar terminal renovations. Minneapolis-Saint Paul International (MSP) retained the top mega-airport spot for a third year, while Tampa International (TPA) and Charleston International (CHS) led large and medium categories, respectively. Scores improved by 13 to 16 points year-over-year, reflecting better facilities, food options, and passenger flow despite high travel volumes.
