Discovery merger, highlighting a broader trend of California-based firms relocating for lower taxes and friendlier business environments, with Oracle already moving its world HQ to Nashville and other companies such as Nissan, Mitsubishi, Carl’s Jr., and In-N-Out establishing Tennessee presences.
