Texas man charged after Molotov attack targeting OpenAI chief and HQ

Authorities say he traveled from Texas, carried a self-authored anti-AI document suggesting motive, and police recovered incendiary devices, kerosene and a lighter. Prosecutors indicate the case could be treated as domestic terrorism; if convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 20 years for the explosives charge and up to 10 years for the firearm charge.
