Ukraine strikes Moscow satellite hub again as drones exact civilian toll
Ukraine said it hit Russia’s Dubna Satellite Communications Centre near Moscow in a major drone attack—the second such strike in about a week—as Kyiv widens long-range actions to pressure the Kremlin. Russia has not confirmed damage to the facility, but Moscow region governor Andrey Vorobyov said a drone hit an administrative building with no casualties reported. Separately, a drone crash in Yegoryevsk killed a six‑month‑old baby and injured others, and a 61‑year‑old woman died in Tver after a drone, shot down, struck a home. Moscow reported shooting down more than 60 drones, while Russia claimed it intercepted 419 drones total. Zelensky said the strikes are aimed at pressuring Russia to end the war.
