O'Connell details gym-time mockery of ex Giuliana Rancic amid memoir drama
Jerry O’Connell explained on a podcast that when he runs into ex Giuliana Rancic at the gym he would walk up nose-to-nose and pretend to flirt in an over-the-top voice to deliberately annoy her, a bit he says would provoke a reaction. He dated Rancic from 2003–2004 and referenced her memoir Going Off Script, in which she claimed he broke up with her over an intercom; he admits he doesn’t recall the exact wording but says the exchange made for good quote material, and he also acknowledged he was a terrible boyfriend.
