Isaac Del Toro (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) surged to victory on the Camerino climb in Tirreno-Adriatico Stage 6, extending his overall lead to 42 seconds over Giulio Pellizzari, with Matteo Jorgenson just 1 second further back in the GC. Tobias Halland Johannessen finished second on the stage and Pellizzari ended up fourth, as Del Toro capped two earlier runner-up finishes with a stage win. The updated GC sees Del Toro at the top, followed by Pellizzari and Jorgenson.
