Following seven lifestyle recommendations, including maintaining a healthy body weight, being physically active, eating a diet rich in whole grains and fruits, limiting consumption of processed foods and alcohol, and avoiding sugar-sweetened drinks, is linked to a lower risk of developing cancer, according to a study published in BMC Medicine.
