The 2026 Venice Biennale offers a spectrum of provocative pieces—from Florentina Holzinger’s nude, postapocalyptic pavilion to Lydia Ourahmane’s coin-operated, Venice-inspired installation and Ukraine’s journey of an origami deer—alongside Sanya Kantarovsky’s seance-like paintings and a wave of AI-inspired works in the Arsenale; the mood weaves stark political and personal mourning with bursts of inventive, boundary-pushing art under the In Minor Keys banner.

"Pepón Osorio's Emotional Masterpiece: Unveiling the Artist's Vulnerable Soul"

The New Museum in Manhattan is hosting a 30-year survey of Puerto Rican-born artist Pepón Osorio's work, titled "Pepón Osorio: My Beating Heart/Mi corazón latiente." US Solar Installations Surge in Q1 and Projected to Triple by 2028.

US solar energy installations surged by 47% in Q1 2021, with 6.1 GW of capacity installed, enough to power over 1 million homes. The sector accounted for 54% of new US electric generating capacity during the quarter, with Florida leading the way. Large projects for utilities and other big customers led installations with 3.8 GW, up 66% from a year earlier. The growth represents a substantial turnaround for the industry, which has been struggling with tight supplies of imported panels. The Biden administration's new Inflation Reduction Act is expected to drive strong growth for the industry over the next five years.
