Clancy Holdout Juror Breaks Silence as Legal Feud Intensifies
Lindsay Clancy's trial ended in a mistrial on Sept. 4 after Michael Desronvil, the lone holdout juror, refused to join the other 11 in a not-guilty-by-insanity verdict. Desronvil recently released his first direct video statement, thanking supporters and refuting claims that he harbored reasonable doubt. His attorney, Edward Paltzik, has engaged in a public feud with Clancy's defense counsel, Kevin Reddington, who has requested a judicial investigation into Desronvil's conduct and background. Clancy is due in court on Sept. 29 for a status conference regarding a potential retrial.
