A breeder at the China Conservation and Research Center for Giant Pandas saved a panda named Qingqing by performing the Heimlich maneuver after it choked on a piece of carrot. The incident was captured on video and posted on Douyin. The breeder, identified as Yang, slapped the panda's back and shook it until the blockage was dislodged. Viewers praised Yang for his quick action, while some blamed the zoo keepers for not cutting the carrot into smaller pieces. Qingqing is known for being mischievous and loves to roll in the dirt.
