Diddy’s prison release date moved forward again to 2028
Sean 'Diddy' Combs’ release date from his 50‑month federal sentence has been moved up again and is now set for February 23, 2028 (earlier than the previously planned June/April 2028 dates). The Federal Bureau of Prisons says such changes can come from good-conduct time and time credits for programs, and Combs remains at Fort Dix after a conviction tied to transporting two former girlfriends and sex workers for prostitution. His camp notes sobriety, therapy, and mentoring efforts behind bars, while he continues to face numerous civil lawsuits and potential appeals.
