
Cracker Barrel covers security for departing CEO and pays $4.6M in exit fees after failed rebrand
Cracker Barrel will pay outgoing CEO Julie Felss Masino’s security costs for as long as the board deems it reasonably necessary after her October exit and will provide about $4.6 million in exit payments over two years, as the company seeks to move on from a controversial rebrand; incoming CEO David Deno is set to receive a substantial compensation package.
