Truemed’s analysis of over 1 million HSA/FSA orders (Jan 2025–May 2026) shows Gen Z spends more on sleep products than nearly any other category, aside from supplements. High-tech items like a $2,400 cooling mattress topper helped a Texas couple improve postpartum sleep, often funded by HSAs with tax advantages. Experts caution that evidence-based sleep habits and medical guidance are key to real rest, not just influencer-driven products or supplements.
