Nike Reshapes Global Operations to Speed Decisions, Cuts About 1,400 Roles
Nike announced the next phase of its Win Now plan to streamline Global Operations, consolidating its technology footprint around two hubs (Philip H. Knight Campus and Nike India Technology Center), modernizing Air Manufacturing, relocating Converse resources closer to factory partners, and tightening materials integration to speed decision-making and efficiency. The changes will reduce about 1,400 roles, mostly in Technology, with leaders and HR support guiding affected teammates as the company seeks a leaner, more integrated operation for faster growth.
