Central in Lima, Peru, was named the best restaurant in the world, with two other Peruvian restaurants and three Spanish restaurants also making the top 10. Two New York City restaurants, Atomix and Le Bernardin, also made the list. The restaurants were chosen based on their use of fresh, local ingredients and unique culinary experiences.
