Lindsey Vonn Confirms Romance with French Skier Matthieu Bailet After Months of Speculation

Olympic skiing legend Lindsey Vonn has officially confirmed her new relationship with French World Cup racer Matthieu Bailet. The 41-year-old American revealed the romance through a series of vacation photos posted on Instagram, ending months of speculation that began in May. The couple, who share a professional background in elite alpine skiing, were first seen together in New York City during the Met Gala season. Vonn’s public confirmation comes as she navigates a complex physical recovery from a severe crash at the 2026 Winter Olympics, marking her first public romance since her split from businessman Diego Osorio in early 2025.
