Virginia Beach Hit by Tornado, Cleanup Underway

A tornado hit Virginia Beach causing damage to dozens of homes, downed trees, and gas leaks. Cooler temperatures and rain are expected across the Midwest and Northeast due to a storm over the Great Lakes, while the West Coast will experience cooler weather and rain after record-breaking temperatures in April. High winds are also expected across the Upper Midwest.
