"Discovery of Three Tiny Moons Orbiting Neptune and Uranus"

Astronomers have discovered three new moons orbiting Uranus and Neptune, bringing their official moon counts to 28 and 16, respectively. The moons have yet to be officially named, but will follow naming conventions for each planet.
