Multiple people in Colorado Springs reported seeing lights and debris falling from the sky, with some hearing a loud explosion. SpaceX confirmed that the objects were related to their equipment, specifically the Crew-5 Dragon trunk that was jettisoned during the return of astronauts from the International Space Station on March 11, 2023.
