A recent G5 geomagnetic storm, the first in over 20 years, caused thousands of satellites, including SpaceX's Starlink, to shift positions, raising collision risks. In response, nearly 5,000 satellites performed orbit-raising maneuvers to correct their paths, marking the largest mass satellite migration in history.
