BMW M350 xDrive: 443 HP, Drift Moment Turns It Into RWD, OTA Arrives in 2027
BMW’s new M350 xDrive tops the combustion 3-Series lineup with a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six and 48V mild-hybrid, producing 437 hp and 428 lb-ft, and claimed 0–62 mph in about 4.1 seconds with standard AWD. Its standout feature, Drift Moment, can redirect power to the rear wheels for a rear-drive feel, though it won’t launch until 2027 via an OTA software upgrade for existing M350s. The car is undergoing final dynamics testing as BMW previews the Neue Klasse design language shared by all next-gen 3-Series variants, including EV-focused models like the i3 returning on the electric side.
