NVIDIA and IREN Unite to Scale AI Infrastructure Across 5 GW
NVIDIA and IREN announced a strategic partnership to deploy up to 5 gigawatts of DSX-aligned AI infrastructure across IREN’s global data-center pipeline, including a flagship 2 GW Sweetwater campus in Texas; the deal also grants NVIDIA a five-year right to purchase up to 30 million shares of IREN, potentially investing up to $2.1 billion, with a plan to accelerate large-scale AI factories by integrating DSX architecture with IREN’s power, land, and operations.
