At Michelin Guide California’s 2026 ceremony in San Diego, two Bay Area restaurants earned three stars for the first time: Californios in San Francisco and Enclos in Sonoma. Californios becomes the first Mexican restaurant in the U.S. to attain three stars, after rising from one to three since 2015; Enclos had jumped from two to three just six months after opening.
