The popular camera app Halide has found a way to utilize the new Action Button on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max for in-app interactions. Users can set custom shortcuts in the Action Button settings to perform various actions within the app, such as switching between lenses and enabling or disabling RAW. However, the only way to use these in-app actions is by setting the Action Button to open Halide, which may interfere with its functionality when the app is not in use. The latest Halide update also improves support for the new iPhones and is available for download on the App Store with a subscription or lifetime license.
